Privacy

This page is all about the privacy of information you give by accessing this site. Fortunately it is very little.
This site will set cookies on your home machine (PC/iPad/Mac/Phone browser).
These are Google Analytics cookies used by us to be able to tell how many people visit the site, which pages they view and how long they view them for. As such all this information is anonymous as far as we are concerned and we don't store the information on this site.

Email

If you contact us by email we will store the message and your email address as part of that conversation.

We don't release that information to any third parties and take reasonable care to protect your email address details. We don't carry out blanket email advertising mailshots as an organisation so we don't maintain your email address as part of a distribution list unless you are organising an event with us in which case we will include your address as part of that list (for internal purposes of the Festival organisation) but will not release your address/details to third parties.

If, at any time, you wish us to remove your email address details and email contents from our system just contact us and we will remove that information.

Facebook

We maintain a Facebook account and posts sent to that account are publicly visible so do ensure that you set your own personal Facebook account privacy settings appropriately since by posting items you are exposing your Facebook account to be viewed by other people.

Third Party advertising items displayed by Facebook on that page are their responsibility NOT ours.

If you post items to that page then you are responsibile for that content, not us. Obviously material that contravenes Facebook's terms and conditions will be taken down by Facebook and the requisite actions taken by Facebook itself against you. We reserve the right to remove material that we, as an organisation, deem to be inappropriate for any reason.

Links to other websites

There are some links on our pages that allow you to connect other sites e.g. for event booking details, tickets etc. By clicking on those links you leave our site and our reponsibility for your security and the personal data we hold. You should check the security of those sites when visiting them for items such as booking tickets.
